Is the ELR facial rejuvenation treatment essentially the same thing as other anti-aging procedures that use light, such as Fotofacial or laser?

No. The procedure and the results are different. Also, there is no pain or discomfort during or after the ELR procedure, nor is there any down time. juvé's procedure allows you to go back to work or to a social function immediately afterward, looking relaxed and refreshed.
